Why Meditate?

Meditation helps you achieve the elusive balance you are looking for. It helps you stay grounded and centred, which makes it easier to deal with the stresses of life.

The guided meditation sessions with Joshua are direct, practical and simple. They are suitable for all levels of experience.

Class sizes are kept small to allow for individual attention.

During the meditation sessions chairs will be provided. It is recommended you bring a cushion to ensure you are comfortable.

About Joshua Rasco

Joshua began meditation over twenty years ago and has been teaching it the last six years. His practise has brought to his life profound insight and clarity, and developed within him a deep sense of well-being and stillness.

His meditation sessions have enabled others to experience greater calmness and life balance, less stress and improved sleep.
