“Bring your attention to meet however it is inside of you. Instead of overlooking anything…we are being open and aware and meeting with our attention any tension – whether that be physical or emotional - just to see, wide-eyed, what is actually inside of me.

Just allow, you don’t need to push anything away, exclude anything or resist. Be fully open to and allow whatever is there. It’s actually a big relief, because there is a lot of energy that goes into distracting or suppressing.

Be open, allow and see. Be relaxed with whatever you find, whatever you become aware of. Relaxation comes because we are not expending energy pushing away, resisting, fighting, suppressing. You can feel your body relaxing, letting go, and can feel that deeper sense of calm.

All is good, all is ok, no matter what you might be feeling. There is a deeper sense that all is good. You can feel that sense of ease and calm spreading throughout the body...”
